Tuition Management Program
CAA utilizes the FACTS Tuition Management Company to manage tuition collection. The FACTS Tuition and Management Company allows families anytime access so they can confirm their account balance, review transaction history, receive payment reminders, and set up automatic payments via credit card or automatic bank draft. Families can choose their own payment options, including the payment date, the number of payments (1 month through 10 months), and the method of payment (credit card or ACH). All families paying tuition must create an online FACTS tuition account to view and pay their tuition balance. Families have the option to pay their tuition in one of three ways.
- Pay full annual tuition by September 1 and receive a 5% discount.
- Pay tuition in two equal instalments by September 1 and January 1 and receive a 5% discount. If either payment is late, the family will not receive the discount.
- For a one-time, nonrefundable fee per family (set annually by FACTS), monthly payments will be processed directly from a checking or savings account. Automatic payments are due on the 20th of the preceding month (preferred) or the 5th of the current month.
Making CAA Affordable
If tuition costs have kept you from considering private school as an option, Columbus Adventist Academy offers sources of financial aid that may be available for your family.
